Lazy Sunday

As I sit here with my feet up, I am pleased to report that I have successfully done nothing today. That's right. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. It's really quite fantastic. Ok, not quite nothing because I did get up and shower and dress (nicely) and go to church. When I got home I made my menu for the week and started the shopping list and even the wish list for the galley (ps - when it's on a ship, a kitchen is actually a "galley"). I totally want one of these! I always have. I told my little brother that I wanted him to get me one when I got married (I told him this like 6 years ago). It is my dream. Ok, not quite, but I totally would use it a hundred times a day. Maybe 10 times. Well, probably at least once a day.

.....

anyways!

I hope I get it. I also have a strong love for big chef's knives. Like the one Pioneer Woman uses. Her's makes my heart sing.

But back to my day. I did do my laundry cause I don't have enough space in my closet to keep it contained in, so I had to hang it out but my lovely Mummy helped me with that. Oh yeah, I hate hanging out laundry. With a passion. UGH! I love my dryer sheets. I know I know, hurting the environment, but when you have to put three to four pegs on every item you hang up because otherwise the fishies will be wearing it.... yeah. Try it. Then talk to me. I'm learning to hate laundry more than doing dishes. And that's saying something.

But now I am enjoying sitting in the lounge with my darling laptop and my feet up on a stool (I really could use a pair of socks. BRRR!!!!) and my Starbucks Thermos filled with hot Green tea with Lemon and Ginger. MMM. Actually it's too hot to drink yet, but I'm still excited for it. I am all bundled up with a hoodie and my baggy clothes. I'm feeling especially needy right now so I'm getting my Afgan when i'm at my Sister's house tonight. The thing with living on this ship is you often feel like you live in a tin can. Rather chilly.

Well, I feel as though I have bored you for long enough. So I shall bid you farewell.
