Jacob Ryan Fahmer went home to be with his Heavenly Daddy May 31st, at about 5:30 pm. My heart goes out to this family right now. My heart broke when I read that he had passed away, and as I read through the account of the last day he had with his family, a flood of tears for him and my own angel nephew, Joshua Matthew, overtook me. Please keep this wonderful family in your prayers over the next days and weeks to come.
